Our experience with Dr Lau was very favorable. He was very patient, thorough and explained everything in a simplistic way so that my elderly mother could understand. Dr Lau was extremely knowledgeable and we were very satisfied with him.

Wonderful doctor, patient, kind, thoughtful, he really listened to me and thoughtfully explained issues and remedies. He also reached out to my cardiac doctor to go over his findings. He has a great bedside manner, open, and allows the patient to be heard.

Dr Lau is very dismissive, does not listen to patients. I know a lot of doctors and he’s by far the worst doctor with his bedside manners. He’s pretty condescending and all his talk is basic stuff you get on the internet. In addition, there is a huge lack of professionalism and compassion. Doesn’t listen, unprofessional & condescending—>What do you make of that, really? I wouldn’t even want someone like that to fix my plumbing.
