Dr. Christopher W Lentz, MD

I spent almost 3 years with a wound on my leg that would not heal. Two wound clinics and two plastic surgeons couldn't fix the issue. One plastic surgeon suggested amputation of my leg just above the wound. A friend suggested Dr. Lentz for treatment. At my first visit he suggested a skin graft. No one else mentioned that as an option. Two weeks later Dr. Lentz applied a skin graft, and two weeks after that the wound was 95% healed and has been perfect ever since. Dr Lentz was very rude and obnoxious. He did not introduce himself. he was dressed like a street thug and came into the room with another staff member. I had no clue he was a physician. Then he began firing questions at me from across the room. Very uncouth . He had not reviewed my chart. He claimed no experience with treating my type of infection. Not the dr for me. I will take my wounds And my money elsewhere where hopefully I will be treated like a human being.

Very good surgeon according to situation. Depends on fellows and nurses frequently and then takes credit. Spends too much time off for reserves. Turns back on patients upon disagreement with patients general practitioner. Leaves when the going gets "HOT"
