Dr. Christopher Lee Lykins, MD

Dr. Lykins is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly with a "real person" bed side manner. I am very comfortable having him take care of my medical challenges.

Dr Lykins is extremely personable and great at his profession. I have been an active RN for 50 years and met many types. He does his job extremely well while remaining human.

Dr. Lyman’s is by far the best ENT in Phoenix. He really cares about his patients. He performed sinus surgery on me and I had the best recovery time of anyone I’ve known even though I have other serious medical conditions! He is thorough, caring, and patient.

I called a month ago to schedule an appt. with Dr. Lykins and my appt. was supposed to be a week from now but I called them today to see what I need to bring to my appt. they told me that they don't take my insurance. When I called a month ago to make the appointment I specifically told them what insurance I have & they assured me that they took my insurance. I wasted a month thinking that I was going to have an appointment with Dr. Lykins when I could've had an appointment with another doctor 2 weeks prior but Dr. Lykins was closer because I live up north. My pulmonary doctor asked me what doctor I had found because he wanted to refer his patients to him as well. Also when I called to confirm I spoke to a Deanna and she wanted to comfirm with the office manager, but was out to lunch so she promised me a call back but 2 hours later I had to call back. Now I have to call back the other doctor & probably have to wait another month to get in. Make sure you confirm everything!!!

I was impressed with the office staff. However, the doctor was very dismissive of my symptoms. I felt I was not taken seriously enough. I felt quite discouraged and humiliated when I left the visit with him.

The front-office staff moved my appointment three times, the last being the day of my appointment. I had to readjust my schedule repeatedly, and they never even apologized or indicated that they realized this was an inconvenience. Dr. Lykins is somewhat likable but is also incredibly rushed. The second he flung open the door it seemed I was wasting his time. The amount of time he spent looking in each ear was truly, and I mean it, less than a second per ear. He talks incredibly fast and has an arrogant and abrupt manner. I usually understand doctors well, but he was hard to follow due to explaining information so fast. Super condescending.

We visited Dr. Lykins concerning tonsils. My 19 year old daughter needs them out and she's nervous about it. Dr. Lykins listened carefully to her situation, provided good counsel and made my daughter feel good about her decision to have her tonsils out. It helps that a couple of her friends have been successfully treated by Dr. Lykins. His scheduler is excellent and very accommodating.

Dr Lykins is knowledgeable and listens to your questions. It is very refreshing and always a pleasant experience. Staff is also courteous.

He is one of the best doctors I Very have had. He has a great bedside manner he really listens and he cares what you have to say no wonder he has been topped off so many times.

Dr. Lykins is the most friendly and kind doctor i have had out here. He listens and acknowledges concerns, and does whatever he can to address them. A very sweet guy! Happy I am in good hands.
