Dr. Christopher Lyon, M.D., Ph.D., M.Sc.

My contacts haven’t bothered me for 10 years, but they became really irritated recently. They were extremely dry and no amount of eye drops seemed to relieve me long-term. I was scared of any scratches to my cornea or worse because of my long-term contacts wear and poor eye care. It was easy to make an appointment with Dr. Lyon and when I walked into the office, the staff were surprisingly welcome and explained the entire process to me. I only had to wait a few minutes before getting into the exam room where I met Dr. Lyon. Dr. Lyon was extremely friendly and patient with me as he let me explain my situation in full before addressing my concerns. He spent a good amount of time after he examined me to make sure I understood everything. He answered all my questions in a way that I actually understood. He was very caring and I felt well taken care of. Dr. Lyon was very caring and I would recommend anyone having eye troubles to make an appointment with Dr. Christopher Lyon and his… friendly staff.

What I find most amazing in the time I spend with Dr. Lyon as a patient is the consistent courtesy and time he spends with me. Not in the sense of as a patient, but rather in the sense that he truly listens to what I say and my concerns, and the care he provides. His staff exhibit excellent training and care as well. The whole experience was wonderful and I will continue to come to him for all my needs.

I have had chronic dry eye for years. After seeing Dr. Lyon, who detected the source of the problem in my eye, I finally have relief of the annoying, problematic symptoms. I am glad I did not rush into getting lasik eye surgery or contact lenses because my eyes were not in a healthy condition to do so. Thank you Dr. Lyon for your care and treatment to good eye health!!

Serious wrong diagnosis.

Dr. Lyon is a caring, professional, very intelligent and knowledgable doctor. He has been able to help me with all of my eye concerns, and my general, overall eye health.

I just visited Dr. Lyon's office for the first time today. I have to say I was very impressed by the kind and knowledgeable staff and the ambiance of the whole office. Dr. Lyon also spent quality time discussing my eye condition with me (unlike other offices I have visited) and was very warm and helpful. Definitely recommend.

I recently moved to to the area and needed an eye doctor. The front desk was helpful. The girl on the phone when I called was helpful and warm. When I met the doctor he was fun and made the visit comfortable during the evaluation. I dont care for going to the doctors office but this doctor was pleasant and quick. A great experience. I recommend Dr Lyon for sure. I make my husband go as well.

I have been going to Dr. Lyon for about three years and would recommend him to anyone who needs a doctor that listens and is very knowledgeable in his field of work. Dr. Lyon gave me my eye sight back after getting my cataracts removed. I went in for my first appointment and was diagnosed with a cataract in both eyes. On top of Dr. Lyon being a great doctor his technicians are helpful and handle both the front desk and examine rooms well. If you need an ophthalmologist I suggest you go see Dr. Lyon.

I have been seeing Dr. Lyon for the past 5 years for my glaucoma. He is very personable and always goes above and beyond in treating my glaucoma. His staff always friendly and ready to answer questions. I also never had to wait more than 15 minutes, which is very unusual for a doctors office! If you want a doctor who is going to spend more than five minutes with you and is going to remember your name and facts about your life, I definitely recommend going to Dr. Lyon.

His front desk staff helped me with my pathetic insurance-I have $1000 deductible. Ample parking and his Medical Techs were bright & gentle. Doctorr Lyon qickly diagnosed my dry eye problems and started treatment right away. He was kind & caring and I will definitely have him fix my saggy bottom lids.
