Dr. Christopher I Mackay, MD

My husband, Bud, had severe spinal stenosis and was losing the ability to use his hands, the ability to walk, and felt electric-like shocks going through his body every time he moved. He'd never been to Dr. MacKay before. The doctor saw Bud earlier than we'd expected, listened to all of our questions & was very clear with his answers. He listened to me as Bud's wife and caregiver too. Bud had 2 surgeries the same day, one in the front of his neck, one in the back. That was 3 weeks ago. His pain & weakness were gone immediately. It was a miracle!! Thank you to Dr. MacKay, his staff, and all of the wonderful staff at the Aspirus Wausau Hospital.

Dr. Mackay was very respectful and understanding during my appointment. He described my diagnoses perfectly. Staff was very well mannered. Would definilty recommend

Dr MacKay was very professional,kind, and caring. He took time to listen to me and explain my condition to me. In the end I didn' t need surgery as the therapy and injections he sent me for worked well, but I will not hesitate to see him again.
