Dr. Christopher Chien Mai, MD

Office personnel very rude and uncaring, cannot cancel or reschedule appts. (even for emergency)without $35 charge. Dr. Mai is great, one wonderful dr. but beware of his office staff. we left him before he kicked us out, (as have happened to others who were patients for over many years,) because we as patients will not be bullied by a dr.'s office, seems like he doesn't care.

Amazing Dr & Staff. He knows what he's talking about for sure. I would never go to anyone else. He's cared for my mother-in-law for many years before her passing a year ago & if it wasn't for him she would of left us way sooner. Thank you for keeping her around for us longer than we expected. Now I am a patient of his & I wouldn't want anyone else to care for me. I've read some of the other reviews & they are insane. I've never had any issues with the office.

Nice Doctor, terrible staff. Amanda would not let me see him. Twice this happened which has caused to write the medical board and Cigna. She called my primary docters office where she and the other receptionist were laughing and discussing me at my expense while I was standing there. Upset me so bad that I left my cards there and my daughter had yto go get them. She said she was the rudest person she ever had to deal with. I am going to see if that broke the HIPAA law. They have no right discussing anything about me between themselves and especially in front of me.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Mai this past year. Found him to be kind, wise and very attentive. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Dr Mai may be good doctor, but he does not run his office with his patients in mind. He allows his staff to run the office and decide who is his patient. I have been with Dr Mai for 10 years. His staff decided I can no longer be his patient. I am left without a doctor, no prescription referrals until I find a doctor and chronic illness that requires continued follow up. Apparently, Dr Mai could care less. I am shocked and dismayed. Even knowing the danger of my illnesses, Dr Mai just dropped me. Beware, you may see him today but be dropped shortly. It's a rotten and scary place to be put into.

Beware his staff!! His is staff is not as caring. They make up policies, don't advise patients of NEW policies and are unbending in working out issues with patients. Beware of your staff, Dr Mai

Dr Mai cared for my mom for years after she suffered a stroke at age 84. She lived to be 94, passed away 2 yrs ago. Thank you for your kindness, skill, not rushing my mom through her appt, and empathy. You made us laugh and you left me with these memories.

all i can say if i needed anyone for any medical reason this is the guy that would be taking care of me if at all possible. i had 3 days to live and he saved my life. he has a wonderful personality. and is alive and real. i strongly recommend this guy.

Excellent diagnostician. Knows meds and identifies incompatabilities on first pass.Great sense of humor. Friendly. Spends as long as it takes.
