Overheard him talking to one of his nurses a little while back. He puts on a front with patients, being nice, but definitely treats his nurses like garbage.

bedside manner could be improved. Showing a little more sensitivity to what patients are experiencing, and making them feel like the Dr. cares would be an improvement. Staff is excellent, super nice and professional.

Dr. Massa is a top-notch Cardiologist who really cares about his patients. The office staff is knowledgable and cordial. The only difficulty I have found is with his telephone system which makes it very difficult to get a response when you need to talk to someone. That said, I certainly wouldn't change Cardiologists for anything... and I'd send my nearest and dearest to him in a second!

Dr. Massa made a big positive difference in my life diagnosing and treating my atrial flutter/fib. I am very grateful to him and his staff.

Asks you if you have questions but acts like you are an idiot when you ask one. Really bad bedside manner. But he is a really good doctor. he saved my husbands life and for that I am very thankful and will be forever grateful.
