If I could give these f**** people 0 star, I would. So unorganized and has no customer service whatsoever. I made appointment a year in advance. They called and texted to confirm 3 times that I will be there and then cancel me on the morning of the appointment. The nurses and the receptionists are so RUDE! Please train your staffs on their customer service skills, Dr. McCoy. Moreover, everytime I came, they promised 45 minutes in total for the appointment. They always take 45 minutes or more to even call me in. Do not go here! I will never go back!

I just got my bill $ 476- for an office visit !!! It would have not been so bad had he gotten the diagnosis right....BUT, he missed it by a mile.. Went to see him because my normal 90/60 BP spiked to over 205/120 a lot of times over the month...( thought I was going to have a heart attack!!) He told me that people my age get high BP and I would have to deal with it- He never even considered any other reason... So, I went to my chiropractor and found out I have a disc problem C1 that is causing it. ( I was in a bad car accident ) Aargh -- I will pay grudgingly, but it was a worthless diagnosis.

Staff were full of smiles, very congenial and helpful. Doctor was prompt and patient, gave me the time to express my concerns. Was very accommodating to the fact that we had a high deductible insurance plan and helped us find the best compromise of expenses while getting the data he needs.
