My visit with Dr McDowell went great. Truly concerned about the surgery I had and how I was getting along. Great surgeon and excellent care. Two thumbs up!!

I called Orthopedic East after my primary doctor failed me. I did not need a referral. Dr. McDowell saw me the same day, a couple days later I had my MRI completed as ordered by Dr. McDowell. He was very courteous, efficient, and very professional in rendering his decision about my case. Soon after that, I was in surgery. It was necessary. Surgery completed. I must say, it’s been a long time since I felt this good. I think Dr. Dowell for making this possible. He is an excellent physician.

It's my first visit. I am very much satisfied with Dr. McDowell's explanation about my knee problems, guide me for treatment, giving treatment with very less pain and as per my demand gave me a literature for further exercise. Dr. McDowell is very humble.

My first time meeting him for a shoulder injury and he was awesome! Super knowledgeable and was able to give me a diagnosis and a plan for recovery.

Mr. McDowell is very professional and has excellent bedside manner. He has taken my injury seriously while other orthopedic places have not. It is extremely hard to find doctors who actually listen and actually care about the care a patient receives. 100% if you need a knee surgery, he is your man.
