Mr. McDowell is very professional and has excellent bedside manner. He has taken my injury seriously while other orthopedic places have not. It is extremely hard to find doctors who actually listen and actually care about the care a patient receives. 100% if you need a knee surgery, he is your man.

He is a very good Doctor and I was lucky to get him and him take care of me the way he does. He listens to me and does everything to help me. And I'm so grateful to have him. Please keep him, he is worth it.

Came to see Dr McDowell to schedule surgery. After the wait 30 min in waiting area he was in/out quick and had me on my way. Jeanine(Surgery Cood) was very friendly and answered all questions. Overall pleasant experience and I am glad I made appointment with Orthopedic East.
