Best Ortho pain management physician ever. I have been treated by Dr Merrell for almost 10 years now as a result of a car accident. He is always thorough and gives full attention to my every complaint, working hard to resolve my issues, old and new. I have Always felt like an actual person and not just a number in his office. Highly recommend!

Dr Merrell was very engaging and kept me informed as to what he was doing and why. He shared his observations in a very friendly and professional manner. Great experience!

I worked with him extensively at MUSC but now he's at Lowcountry Orthopaedics. I'm able to get in to see him much easier now in North Charleston.

I've seen Dr. Merrell several years for pain management. Never do I leave his office feeling he didn't listen to me. He takes the time needed to discuss and explain. Unfortunately, that's a rarity these days.
