Dr. Christopher George Meyer, MD

Dr. Meyer is an unbelievably fantastic doctor who spends as much time as YOU need. He has listened to me with kindness and patience and either told me to continue as I have or given me suggestions to improve on that. He picked up on things my last doctor never mentioned such as the importance of a once-a-year eye appointments since I'm on hydroxy chloroquine. On every visit I have had, this patient and empathetic physician has spent more than 30 minutes ensuring every need or question I have is answered. He and Natalie go to the Nth degree to make certain you get what you need. For me that has included referrals to 3 other specialists and the untold hours it takes to get an insurance company’s approval for specialty medication. Anyone who is able to see Dr. Meyer can be assured they have gotten the best there is.

I wish I had read the other reviews prior to seeing this doctor and giving enough blood to maintain someone empty. I saw Dr. Meyer and he knew my history and knew my treatment plan to date. He indicated that he would provide same. My monthly injection was needed basically the day I saw him and he told me it would take 3 days for Medicare to approve it for payment. This was May 3rd and they STILL (July 19) been able to schedule me for an injection. He is well aware of this. Had he told me when I saw him that they either were unable, or unwilling, to provide the injection (this is obviously not the case as they told me the first time they could schedule it in 3 weeks), I would have seen someone else. I have wasted 2 months with someone who is unable to help me while indicating they could “in 3 days.”

Beyond believable. Terrible. Doesn’t listen at all. The patient is not at all important. Hard to grasp what is. You must jump through hoops to get an appointment.

Dr. Meyer does not listen to the patient. He takes all questions as personal attacks on his knowledge and gets very insulted at your concerns about you health. He seems rushed & appointments are hurried. His office staff is wonderful - too bad they work for him.

The only Dr. who actually figured out what was wrong!!
