Dr. Christopher Frederick Mildenberg, MD

The thing about doctors in Door County, is that they come and go. Dr Christopher Mildenberg was my primary care physician for three years at Door County Medical Center. Initially Dr Mildenberg was all business but over the three years that I was his patient at DCM we developed a great doctor patient relationship. I was very disappointed when I received the letter that he would no longer be at the hospital. Again I had lived in Sturgeon Bay for 10 years and had seen four different PCPs, all good, but all left. I went 11 months without a doctor's visit because Internal Medicine Physicians are hard to come by at DCM. I was very lucky that Dr. Mildenberg had written me a year's worth of prescriptions on my last visit. As time was running out on my meds, I saw an ad in the Pulse that Dr. Mildenberg had open a independent private practice, seeing this was quite a relief for me.The level of care and concern that he has for his patients is what you would expect from your doctor, but you might… feel that you don't always receive. That is not the case here. He has always been quick to diagnose and provide the correct care for any issues that I have had. I recently just moved back to Texas and my biggest concern is that I won't find another doctor like Dr Mildenberg. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for or in need of a Primary Care Physician that call Mapletree Medical Clinic for your next appointment.
