Very surprised when I received a bill for a drug screen that my insurance would not cover for 900 dollars. Very upset. No response from staff. Had test done before but insurance always covered. I do not work. Kids are out of school because of covid19 right know. Don’t know what to do. They should explain to patients upfront of cost.

I have been a patient for over 10 years. Sandee, Forrest,Dana always explains everything and offers treatment options. I have been able to continue to work my full time job. Nursing staff has always been polite and if not, they are not there long. Dr Mocek has been a godsend to me and my family.

Nice clinic and people that works in it.Always answers the questions you have.Easy to get in and when u need too

DO NOT GO TO THIS DR! In 2 yrs I seen him only 3 times. He spends all his time doing procedures like injections that don’t work while his very condescending, and judge mental nurses (Forrest Galloway) does all the patient valuations. After 2 yrs of this I got a letter stating they wouldn’t see me anymore without an explanation causing me to scramble and find a new Dr. I’ve been under pain management for 8 yrs and never had a problem with my former Dr. I was referred to Mocek to better control my pain, and they treated me like cattle the whole time. They do not care if you battle depression and anxiety as they will not allow you to take certain meds for it. They also threatened to call the police on me just for stating that they’re going to drive people to suicide the way they’re treating patients. Do yourself a favor, and go somewhere else!!!!!!! They also got mad when I asked about CDC recommendations. They are RECOMMENDATIONS not GUIDELINES! They do not have to cut your medicine… like they say they have to, they’re doing it to keep from doing the paperwork necessary to continue treating patients at their current med level!

They performed a drug screening test on my first visit. This was fine. I was not concerned as I do not use illegal drugs. I reported everything I knew I had been given for the neck pain and numbness I was having in my arm. The lab test was $2500. It was also sent to a out of network lab. This resulted in me owning over $1700 for this test. I understand the pressures of liability for over prescribing pain meds, but I did not even need pain meds! I was prescribed a ibuprofen with a high dosage and scheduled for a nerve block injection! The lack of transparency was very unprofessional. Had I know what I was agreeing to do, I could have determined if I could afford the testing.

I do not know about his practice but he does not keep proper maintenance or keep his rental properties clean
