He has been good to me. I had a head on collision he got me out wheelchair to walking.

I was a patient here until they were closed down and the investigation began. I never saw an actual doctor. If you wanted to call and schedule or reschedule an appointment, you had to leave and message and would not receive a return call for two weeks. Honest truth! I could go on and on about the staff and dirty restrooms, but I’m not. Just beware.

Very rude!! After seeing the nurse practitioner, which was very nice and through, I was told I would be seeing the Dr himself for my medication refill. I was put in a small room and was left waiting for over 2 hours. When he finally came in to see me, he was in a hurry and asked if I had any questions, in which when I proceeded to ask, was cut off mid sentence. He started to question my reasoning and proceeded to tell me because I was 40yrs old, I didn't need any medication changes. He had never saw me before, I was a patient of another location that got shut down by the FBI investigation. He knew nothing about me, my situation, or my pain. He wanted to argue and try to belittle me. He is very unprofessional, and has no business being a physician if he treats patients with this demeanor. He treatened to not give me my medication because of what I was told by another NP at the office I had always went to. He insulted my intelligence and just wouldn't listen. I think maybe he needs to be… investigated further. All I can say is, Karma will bite him in the butt eventually for treating people the way he does, and disrespecting people. I would not recommend him to anyone...EVER!!!

MD seems to have an anger management problem. Acts very childish, banging doors, hitting walls etc. I was afraid of him. I saw him a number of years ago.

What i like about dr nelson is that he himself suffers with chronic back pain. Therefore, he does his best to give u some relief. Its true that certain injections dont work. But the ones that do last up to 6 months which is great. So.me relief is better than no relief. Thank you dr nelson and drs for your.help
