Excellent! Totally satisfied with Dr. Nickison & staff. He turned my health around & now I have a better quality of life. His staff is friendly, helpful & care as well. Dr. Nickison is very thorough, wonderful personality, follows through. He gives quality time, great listener & compassionate. It’s obvious that he cares about his patients. I’ve spoken with other patients who share their admiration. None of us are “a number”. Dr. Nickison stays on top of upcoming suggested routine tests explaining which ones & has it scheduled at my convenience. He doesn’t hesitate on sharing what additional tests he feels are needed (when necessary). Dr. Nickison’s nurse calls with test results. He also thoroughly goes over the results with me at my follow up appointment. Appointments are made easily & I’m seen in a timely manner. The office also offers after hours through a service of theirs. Haven’t needed to use it but nice to know it’s available if needed. Dr. Nickison asks if I have questions… or concerns before examining me each time.
