Dr. Christopher Raffo, MD

I had leg pain for 4 months and didn’t know why. A PA told me to get x rays and to see an orthopedic doctor. After intense study I called Dr Raffo who saw me immediately. He did X-rays, ordered MRIs and set up a plan for recovery. I have been to many orthopedic doctors in my life and never had such a positive experience without suggesting surgery. Thank you Dr Raffo!

As a patient of Dr. Raffo, I requested to have a MRI of the knee. I brought the written results and CD photos to Raffo during my visit. After a review of both, Dr. Raffo suggested the only recourse is for knee surgery or knee replacement. I decided to obtain a second opinion. The second orthopedist also reviewed the written results as well as the CD photos. The written results stated I had water in my knee. I did not receive that information from Dr. Raffo. The second orthopedist removed the water in my knee and gave me a cortisone shot. Both relieved the pain I had for several months under Dr. Raffo's care. I am no longer a patient of Dr. Raffo.
