Dr. Christopher Michael Ramage, DO

I have been a pt. of Dr. Ramage throughout all of last year as S. Valley Clinic lost thier former physician. I came in as a new patient sight unseen with an acute illness. Dr. Ramage had my confidence within five minutes. He listened intently to my symptoms, reassured my escalating anxiety , established effective communication, evaluated my pain and symptoms with a careful and thorough exam. He did not hesitate to get tests going right away even though it was the end of the day and insisted on folliw-up in clinic the next morning . He got treatment going at the initial evaluation and expanded on them less than 24 hours later when test results were in. Dr. Ramage followed my illness over several months with great care, patience , compassion and humor. I have never waited more than 10 minutes, his patient interface is knowledgeable, concerned, sensitive and reassuring and personable. If I had to choose a word to describe my care it would be thorough, but second would be personable.… He took 45 minutes to go over tests and instructions with me so I would understand in detail what he was telling me. I left my clinic visit understanding his instructions. There have been some switch ups in office staff , but nothing that effected my care or ability to come in if needed. I would definitely recommend this physician to my family ( and have done so)...Bottom line, he figured out , right away what my illness was, ordered tests without hesitation, ordered spot on treatment and followed closely until resolved....and did I mention, caring, compassionate, patient.....and funny....a really great doctor. My daughter and I love him...
