Dr Randolph is a listener. He asks questions and patiently waits for your response. He is eager to help you feel better.

Very good Dr. Dr Randolph listen my problem and has me better than I was for many years. Would recommend to anyone.

Very understanding and will listen to what you have to say and work with you to find the best solution

Dr Randolph is an excellent physician, and I am a physician, so I know one when I see one.

Had my first appt with Dr. Randolph, which was fine and he was very helpful. The second appt I arrived and waited for 3 hrs because he was overbooked and ended up not seeing him. Reschedule for a third visit only to have the Dr office called to inform me that my appt was cancel due to overbooking. Now I called back to get an appt only to be told that since it's been over three months since my first appt, he'll have to do another initial evaluation, which means I'm basically starting over due to his incompetence in keeping scheduled appointments. Seems like a fraudulent attempt to charge additional fees for something that was completely out of my control. I'm looking for a new doctor now and would not recommend Dr. Randolph.

Dr. Randolph is such a kind, caring, and compassionate person. He has been my psychiatrist for 20 years now, and I believe it says a lot when you have continued to see the same doctor for that long of a time. He's a wonderful doctor. He really listens to you and is very understanding of situations or problems you discuss with him. I'm forever grateful to him for helping me cope throughout the years. I feel so blessed to have him as my doctor.

He sucks. Changed my meds every 2 weeks. Said I was bipolar. NOT SO MUCH.

He saved my life, and many others who I know personally. I will never forget the caring and kindnesses he has shown me over the past few years. I am functioning now without help. I am alive and getting better. I owe it all to him.
