Dr. Christopher Lee Reis, DO

Dr. Reis is kind and empathetic. I trust him completely. His staff provides exemplary care for their patients. I highly recommend RBS and its staff.

The office staff is professional courteous and kind. The waiting room time is very brief. However, I find the process to be very impersonal. To have been scheduled for two different appointments, My initial new patient paperwork which included diagrams to indicate areas of pain and description of cause of pain, pain levels type of relief etc etc. First person I saw I suppose was a medical assistant did the usual vitals and reason for visit general questions, followed by the physician's assistant more specific information taken, and images and x-rays determined needed and ordered. No physical exam of area in question at all. Return visit with PA to review test results and determine qualifications for treatment. Yet another appointment scheduled for the actual treatment (injection of the site). Which is what I originally made the appointment for. At this point I have not yet seen a doctor. Upon returning for my injection I saw the PA again was taken to treatment room told what… clothing I needed to remove and where I needed to position myself, that being face down . A few more identifying questions asked by medical assistant I think. The doctor came in talk to the staff I never saw him until after the injection was done, he had no conversation with me directly regarding what he was going to to the area, or is knowledge of why I was there. He did tell me to be prepare for the stick, and then the medication and that he was finished. It's just all seems very mechanical. Similar to an assembly line experience. When I realized where the doctor was going to inject I questioned it sharing with him that my previous one had been closer to another 4 in to the left he said well it's close. No specific harm done. Somewhat lacking, in genuine interest. As a previous medical professional it's disappointing.

Dr. Reis was very professional. He took his time and provided a procedure that was basically pain free. I would definitely go back to this physician in the future.

Very quick to get me scheduled and into appointment. Injection was very quick. Only issue was lack of pain log that was supposed to be sent home with me to fill out for my follow-up appointment with Physiatrist.

Best Bed Side Manner, Very Kind, Very Thorough

Dr. Reis and his staff have never been anything but courteous and very friendly to me. I am very thankful for the treatment that I received. Dr. Reis does his very best to let you know exactly what is taking place and I really appreciated that.

Amazing bed side manner ! Wants nothing but the best for patients! He definitely walked me thru exactly what he was gunna do during the process of my spinal injections. Unfortunately even though these injections didn’t work for me but he is a great doc!

Dr. Reis is wonderful! He is genuine and provides excellent care. He is professional, down to earth, and answers all of your questions as I feel he would for his own friends and family. I highly recommend Dr. Reis and his staff. Appointments are made in a timely manner as well as pre authorizations.
