I have gone to Doctors Richards for over 10 years . He is the Kindest doctor I have ever meet He always takes time to listen . . I am 80 years old and feel so blessed To have him . He is not just a doctor but a friend that's how I feel .. I always feel safe What more can you ask of a doctor .God is good .

I am very unhappy with the care I have received from Dr. Richards on my past few visits. I had some issues since my last visit 3 months ago and brought them to his attention. Mostly the tingling in my left hand (fingers), night sweats and body aches. I'm 62...I would expect him to listen to my heart once in a while but he has never done that...ever! He hardly touches me except to shake my hand. It's been 3 weeks since my visit and today I finally called his office. The nurse called me back and said everything was normal but I don't think there were any test or blood work for the tingling, sweating etc. I should not have to make an appointment for every condition I have. I go there 4 times a year already. I STILL have the tingling in my hand (fingers) and the sweating and the aches...I think I'm learning to live with. What I don't have to live with are doctors who don't give me the care I need.

Excellent doctor. Great bedside manners. Know his stuff.

DrRichards is a very caring,he listens to his patient,he explains every option available,always smiling,he has taking care of all of my family my husbandmy daughter and my son I do refer dr Richards to friendshe is the best dr I've ever had im comfortable with him I will never change doctort

Dr. Richards is the kind of doctor your grandmother used to talk about. He calls you at your home and gets you an appointment the next day. He takes the time to explain everything and he always has the same pleasant personality. He is the best of both worlds; smart and on top of things and young enough to be around so we don't have to find another doctor as we grow old. He's a keeper.

Dr. Richards impressed me from the first day we met. He is informed of his patients and takes the time to explain the exams. He is friendly and very approachable. I feel I can talk to him and that's important.

Dr Richards is courteous and professional. He is detailed and thorough. He has an awesome bedside manner and I would highly recommend him. Don't let his youthful appearance fool you...he is well versed in his craft.
