Dr. Christopher Kent Robertson, MD

This Dr. is very unprofessional, always late for appointments and always have excuses for being late. Cussed me out with the F word because I called Him out for being late again. While walking out the office he pushed the discharge papers to my chest and touching my chest. Not very hard, but he did make contact. Then proceeded to follow me out the room cursing me out with profanity. Since he didn’t touch me, I called the cops to file a report. Dude has anger issues when called out for His tardiness. Very unprofessional, don’t know how Genesis Health group keeps this guy employed. TC Visit was on Feb 14th 2025

I love being a patient of Dr Robertson. He is kind, knowledgeable, and I trust his opinions and most of all feel safe with him. He is one of a kind!

My husband & I have complex health problems that require much balancing of often contradictory recommended interventions. Dr. Robertson listens to our concerns, explains options & their implications & allows us to have a real voice in the choices to remedy or improve whichever health issue is a problem at the time. He is the first MD my husband has really trusted! Most others, he questions their knowledge, recommendations & decisions. We started going to Dr. Robertson when he was associated with Sadler Clinic in the Woodlands. When that clinic broke up, we followed him to his new location.

Staff never answers phone, takes at least 2 days for an appointment, at least an hour wait time every time but most recent time took 3 hours to be seen for a 5 minute visit with the doctor. Was told by him I need an attitude adjustment for complaining about wait time

Every single time we have an appointment it is at least an hour wait, and for the most recent appointment I scheduled at 10 am, thinking it would be early enough I wouldn’t have to wait so long. I have been waiting for nearly 3 hours now, and was told by the Doctor I need an attitude adjustment and that I should see someone else after complaining about the 3 hour wait

Dr. Robertson is a very thorough and respectful Physician

Dr Robertson is a great doctor. He has the best bedside manners and really cares for his paten

He actually listens to his patients!

Staff not any help. No one every answered the phone, I tried for over a week, answering machine picked up left two messages say's will call back in 24 hrs, never heard back, went to office the lady at desk was very unpleasant said not taking Appts. Told her was Tricare Prime Military she said he didn't take that I told her he is listed on the Tricare website. All in all very disappointed in the way Dr Christopher staff acted very unprofessional. If he is not serving Tricare prime military, he should take his name off the list. And call the phone co or IT DEPT to fix the phone. A Dr office should be reachable. Ratings or good for Dr, wouldn't know, but if the staff is a reflection of the Dr. That is not good.

This is doctor's goal is to collect money from medicare. He will not discuss any results with you unless you book an appt. There is never any follow up. His receptionist will not answer the phone or call you back, even when you explain you are very sick. I would never recommend him.
