Of late, Dr. Rocke seems to me to be a singularly judgmental individual. I've never been treated as inhumanely by any healthcare professional as I have by him and by his staff at the Winneconne Clinic. First off, I have to say that I've never had my HIPAA rights so grossly violated by any healthcare provider as I've had by the subordinates of Dr. Rocke who, shocking to me, left an audible recorded message on my household's land-line answering machine announcing to everyone in my household that my liver counts were bad and that I should call back if I wanted to discuss the adverse test results. When my children came to me and asked me about the recorded message on the home's answering machine, I was embarrassed and dismayed. (The answering machine's greeting clearly stated that it was not a private voice mail box and that it was a message-recording system for the entire household!) At my last appointment with Dr. Rocke he asked me, in an utterly callous and nonchalant manner,… "Has anyone told you that you have a heart murmer?" I replied, "Not since I was a small child, but I outgrew it." Dr. Rocke then said, "Well, you have a heart murmer now." He said nothing else except to direct me to undergo a sonogram test of my heart, which I did a few weeks later at Mercy Med. Ctr. in Oshkosh. Thereafter Dr. Rocke NEVER took the trouble to get back to me to tell me what the results of the sonogram were. I'm left waiting to this day for any word back from Dr. Rocke concerning what that the test result were or, for that matter, how long I can expect to continue living before my heart gives out. I know Dr. Rocke's personal life has been in some turmoil in recent years, but so has mine, for Christ's sake! That's not a justification for him to treat me with such utter disregard. I was out of line when I rated Dr Rocke. He is a very good physician I just wish he had paid more attention to me He’s the best in this area. He is wise and knowledgeable. 5 stars to him and his staff

He was like a robot dr. No personal empathy or back and forth communication? Both times left the exam room without coming out to confirm the appt was over. Went to Oshkosh Ascension Urgent Care and received the care I needed. Wow, what a difference. Don’t need to talk to him or his staff again. Total disappointment after being with him for 3 years. Will not go back.

I have always found Dr. Rocke to be a fine and caring physician. He truly tries to spend time with his patients, and he wants to know how we are doing. In many really good ways, he reminds me of doctors from an earlier time.

I always appreciate the "family" feeling when coming to the office. Dr. Rocke is great about sitting down and listening and working with the patient to have a treatment plan in place.

Dr. Rocke and team are great to work with. I always get same day appointments if urgent. They always find a way to fit me in. The whole team treats me like a real person and not a patient.

Knowledgeable, Empathetic, Altruistic Caring Professional. He has quite a waiting list to be seen as he has so many patients. I think this may be because he is such a well respected physician, so you may wait a while to get an appointment but he does his job well and takes the time to answer all your questions.

At 60 I require very little in the way of medical care but due to car accident I am disabled with severe arthritis. If I could afford it I need multiple back surgergies. On my first visit he informed me (after 2 minutes) that he didn't see anything on my records indicating that I needed pain pills at all and that he "would not fool around with anyone who takes vitamins or supplements". He basically kicked me out of his office stating that "you don't know what you are doing" in spite of the fact that at my age I have NO other health issues. If you want someone more caring, go to a vet.
