Dr. Rosenbaum provided outstanding care during our ER visit. He was incredibly thorough in his assessment and took the time to clearly communicate his concerns regarding my injury. His explanations of the treatment plan and decision-making were thoughtful and easy to understand, which made a stressful situation much more manageable. What stood out most was his genuine care—not only did he provide excellent medical treatment to me, but he also went the extra step to offer helpful advice and reassurance. His professionalism, attention to detail, and bedside manner were truly exceptional. Highly recommend Dr. Rosenbaum to anyone in need of compassionate and expert emergency care.

Rude condescending a terrible experience over all Condescending and hostile. I have never seen a worse treatment by any doctor before. He is absolutely someone I would ever never recommend. He made up a discharge saying I am leaving against his medical advice. He is not fit to be working at a prestigious hospital like newton wellesley. I had the worst experience

Dr. Rosenbaum was excellent, very thorough and great at communicating concerns with the injury. He carefully explained the treatment and his choices. I appreciated that he provided my son with great medical treatment and went beyond to offer some good advice. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately I have to agree with the previous reviews that he is rude, condescending, dismissive, and has a disgraceful bedside manner. Save yourself the headache and poor treatment, and have another doctor examine you.

Didn’t like the way I was treated. He has no bedside manner and dismissed my concerns. I’ll make sure I see a different doctor if I ever go back.

The worst bedside manner I have ever experienced in an emergency room setting. He was rude, condescending, and incredibly disrespectful to me as a patient who was referred to the ER by an entire team of doctors, so I wasn't there for something of nominal concern. I would never recommend him to anyone; if you are assigned him in the ER, request another doctor -- your life depends on it.

Had to bring my daughter to the ER. I’m a physician as well. I found him to be excellent with her, very reassuring to me and all in all a fabulous clinician. I Feel grateful to have seen him he clearly is an excellent doc.

I found his bedside manner aggressive. He did not listen to me when I was advocating for myself. I have had a certain condition for many years that was well controlled. It was apparent that I was more knowledgeable about this condition than him. He just wanted to push medications at me. And then he referred me to a specialist with poor and concerning reviews which is not helpful follow up care.
