Dr. Ruffini has been treating me for over 15 years. He is always very informative, very professional and has a great bedside manner. Most important, his schedule for appointments in consistent with time. He will take the necessary time with everyone. Everyone is treated how he would treat his family. FYI- First appointments can be about two months. I would recommend this practice office to everyone seeking care. For anyone preparing for a procedure please for the instructions of the prep kit they provide. The taste is not what many experienced years ago...believe me those preps were horrible to taste.

Have had two colonoscopy in his care with no problems. I like his bedside manner even though you do not get to spend too much time with him.

I have been going to this practice for over 20 years. To sum it up he is the best in the Newark, Elkton area. If you talk Dr. Ruffini will listen He is very knowleable. If he talks about a new medication he will take the time to explain the side effects. He is very gentle and patient and has a wonderful bed side manner.
