Dr. Christopher Rupp, MD

Dr Rupp was very personably and explained things to my mother, where she could understand, what he was going to do in surgery!

Dr. Rupp is a very skillful surgeon with a caring and compassionate nature. He thoroughly explained all the risks involved with my surgery and set my mind at ease. Four years after my Whipple surgery, I am still cancer free. I owe my life to this man. He far exceeded all my expectations and I feel Greenbay is lucky to have a surgeon of his caliber on staff.

My husband and his best friend both had surgeries performed by dr. Rupp. My husband had a hernia surgery redo because "the mesh was in the wrong place". His friend is still on medical leave from a surgery redo that had to be done.

Dr. Rupp was very caring, kind and professional in my recent surgery with him. He took the time not only to explain my whole procedure once... but I had reservations and saw him a second time before surgery which reassured me that I would be well taken care of. And I WAS. My hospital stay was short and recovery was speedy. The post op visit 2 weeks after surgery was great! He took the time to explain everything to me from the surgery to the test results to recovery and beyond. I will definitely refer this doctor/surgeon to anyone. The office staff also deserve high praise. You are all very caring and considerate. Thank you!

I was displeased with Dr. Rupp. He is not a good communicator and will make decisions without asking what you would like to do. Apparently the patient perspective dose not matter to him. He did a good job at what he did. However you can trust that he will do as he said when you have your initial consult with him. More disapointing is that he feels he needs not to take the time to explain to his patients. I would never refer him to another person.

While at UNC-CH Dr. Rupp performed a 7.5 hr surgery on our daughter. In addition to being incredibly skilled and dedicated, his patient and family interaction is above and beyond. We were waiting for test results and he called us at home on Father's Day. Green Bay you are blessed; we miss him.

Excellent Doc

We had our 15 year old daughter to ER multiple times and every test imaginable for side pain. We were referred to Dr. Rupp -- who removed her gallbladder. The experience with this doctor was amazing. He is easy going and talks to you with ease. Whomever said that he doesn't care -- well that's just not true. Her surgery was quick and recovery great -- and the office as well as Dr. Rupp are very caring.

I would never recommend this Doctor to anyone. He does not consider the patient as a human being with working schedules patients that have to make arrangements with family for appointments or surgery he also does not care about future health referrals to his patients if he choses not to do a surgery. He is a coward and will have his Staff call you instead of making a personal phone call to your himself. I was astounded by his lack of professionalism.

I remember the days i spent in chapel a few years ago and DR.Rupp was tge best he save my life... i would definitely recommend anyone to see him and i have to several of my friends thanks aging for everything
