I recently went to see Dr. Schaffer for a consult. I was unhappy with the lines that were developing around my mouth and also the aging in my face. He recommended that I do the vampire facial with the plasma rich platelets to tone and tighten my skin. I saw Chelsea who does the vampire facials. She was very pleasant and I felt very comfortable with her. She did a great job!! They drew the blood and then used the plasma as part of this facial. Two days later, remarkable results. My skin looks so good!! People that I see ask me what have I done to my face as my complexion looks so good. My skin has tightened, especially the neck area feels like silk. I can’t wait to go back for my next treatment as I want to do a series of at least three. It has made my skin glow and the pores on my skin are smaller. Can’t say enough about this facial. Well worth it!!! Also had a little Botox around my upper lip and it has made all the difference in the world. Very natural looking, just helped to erase… a few more years off. Dr. Schaffer listens and then uses his expertise to give you a youthful look without looking like you have had work done. I highly recommend Dr. Schaffer and Chelsea did a fantastic job!!! I have used Dr. Schaffer for various procedures over the years. I have never been disappointed with his work. He is a perfectionist and it shows. He is an amazing surgeon, and i will never use anyone else.

The facility is beautiful, welcoming and clean. The receptionist was amazing and made me feel at ease immediately. Nurse Joel Garth was very knowledgeable about the procedure and recovery. The CRNA was also amazing. He was really chill, but professional at the same time, which helped calm me down in pre-op. Maria who was my nurse in post-op was also really sweet. She spent a lot of time with me trying on different post-op bras until we finally found one that fit me correctly and comfortably. I had a question after hours and called their answering service. My call was returned within 15 minutes. The nurse and Dr. Schaffer were very patient, helpful, and understanding while answering my questions after hours. I want to thank Dr. Schaffer and his staff so much for everything they did for me. I am incredibly happy with my results. Their professionalism, expert surgical skills and extraordinary patient care made me feel comfortable and secure with my decisions. I honestly cannot say enough… positive things about Dr. Schaffer and his staff. They actually listen to what their patients want, listen to their concerns, and treat them like people, instead of like a "paycheck". They truly are the absolute best. I have recommended Dr. Schaffer to all of my family, friends, and co-workers who are looking to get any kind of cosmetic procedure done. Thank you for such a positive experience! Excellent work!

I am currently over a month post op and totally in love with my breast! After having two children and deciding that we were done having children it was the best decision ever! From the very first visit with Dr. Schaffer I knew he was the one that I wanted to have my argumentation completed by. Due to my husband's work schedule, Dr. Schaffer was able to schedule me on a non-surgical day so that my husband could help with my recovery. The day of surgery, the staff were amazing and made me feel completely at home. I was in recovery the perfect amount of time to where the amazing nurses could make sure that everything was ok and then I could head home. This was extremely helpful as I was not in any pain on my ride home and was able to get in bed for the needed rest. I had zero pain during my recovery which I know is not the normal but I have had several surgeries during my life and can honestly say it was due to the amazing work of Dr. Schaffer. My incisions are so tiny and my breast… are exactly what I was asking for. He was extremely honest with what I wanted and what he thought would give me the best outcome and nailed it! On the day of my 1-month post opp visit, Dr. Schaffer even saw me in between surgeries as it was the only day that I could come. I recently went back and had my lips plumped by Dr. Schaffer and the outcome is just as perfect. Dr. Schaffer is simply amazing. He knows what he is doing and listens to your needs and combines his vast years of experience to present the perfect outcome. Trust him and you will be completely happy with your results!!!

I am an out of town patient and it was all done in three days. On my pre op appt even though he's a very busy man he still made time to meet with me, not only did he meet with me he took slit of time with me. I am a very nervous person and I think he sensed that and he took his time and waited until the end to ask me to open my robe so he could see what he was working with. He was very gentle and patient with me. He never went against the size I wanted but told me the pros and cons of different sizes. If you are a timid person I promise you he will try to put you at ease.. The anestegiologist name was Patrick I believe and also had a very calming voice and sweet man, I appreciated that. There were no wait times out of the three times I went there so I don't know why I keep seeing that in reviews because that simply was not the case with me. Most importantly my breast look great so far and I'm only a week into the healing process. They looked good from day one. I must say I'm very… impressed and very pleased that he was my surgeon!!!

I had breast reduction surgery with Dr. Schaffer, and he was awesome. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. My recovery has been easy, and my results are better than I ever expected. I highly recommend Dr. Schaffer and Hedden Plastic Surgery. They definitely take care of their patients and want the best results possible for you.

I was referred to this Centre by a surgeon and I would recommend that no one go there unless they know for sure that they're not currently hiring nurses after a two-hour wait to see the doctor I asked for a refund and left because they were short-staffed because they were interviewing for other nurses which had backed all the patients waiting in the waiting room. 2 hours later they refunded my money I walked out the door and have absolutely no intention of ever going to this place again and would not recommend it to anyone I know
