See literally anyone else. Agreed 100 % with complaint below. Late on telehospital visit, began conversation accusatory because I obtained care elsewhere. Repetitively talks over me/patient without listening. Strongly recommend avoiding.

Stay very far away from him. He is the absolute rudest and unethical Allina employee visited to date. Does not deserve t be called a doctor and is a complete embarrassment for Allina Health. Other doctors agree as well. Stay away.

Insulin pump broke overnight. I called in at 8 AM to get insulin to help until I get a new pump. They weren’t able to. I finally got some via urgent care at 3:30 THE NEXT AFTERNOON.

Only saw him for my first appointed and was very happy with hmm. Will see again soon. He said he would call or send a letter and he did.

Dismissive and judgmental. I don't believe that he believed me. It was an ugly experience and it's one I won't repeat.

I was extremely happy with my visit. Dr. Schoonover spent a good amount of time explaining my condition to me and going over different tests that I would be taking. At the end of my visit he even walked me out the door to the scheduling office which many doctors do not do. I would would strongly recommend this provider to others.

Found him to be very dismissive and egotistical. Very hard to be heard, did not listen to mu concerns and/or questions. Brushed me off. Will not return and could never refer any one to.

As i waited in the lobby for my apt. I heard the lady at the front desk very upset with someone on the phone, then a patient came in and had a co-pay and she said she could not pay the co-pay right away and she sent her home embaressing her in front of everyone in the lobby. The billing department messed up on my bill of 20.00 and I recieved a letter from dr, schoonover saying i'm no longer welcome (over $20) that the insurance lady messed up on... my visit with dr. schoonover was pleasent he just seemed like he was in a hurry. so searching for a new dr. any ideas?
