will not even talk to me about my new problems i think he should at least call me and talk to me looks back2 years ago and thinks that's the problem from then ill go somewhere else where they will at least talk to me

He missed a very serious autoimmune disorder with me. He told me I had fibromyalgia. He also gaslit me. When I told him I had an adverse reaction to a steroid injection, he said nonsense and asked if I “trusted him” while he put more in my body. Not good. It further compromised my immune system and damaged multiple ligaments in my neck of which I have not recovered. Be an advocate for yourself and not be told by a Dr. it’s all in your head. Drs aren’t perfect but should never discount what their patients are saying as this greatly impacted my health.

I met Dr. Scola when I was admitted to Hartford Hospital on May 20, 2019. After having multiple doctors review my symptoms, he was the first doctor to correctly diagnose my medical condition. He is a caring, professional doctor who is down to earth and has a bedside manner that is incredible and others could learn from his example. My wife and I could not stop saying how fortunate we were to have had Dr. Scola called in to review my case. When I saw Dr. Scola at this office he was 100% hands on. He did all the procedures himself. We were both very very impressed with Dr. Scola!

This Doctor understands what pain is. He is polite and very respectful. He remains openminded and professional. He listens intently. If he wasn't already my doctor, I'd want him for my best friend. A quality human being. So blessed he is available to practice medicine in CT.

I can't say enough about this doctor. His approach to patients is holistic and you don't feel like number. He works with you not AT you. I feel lucky to have found him. You wait a little bit sometimes but it's worth it and you know it's because he's treating someone else just as properly.

Dr. Scola takes time. Time for each of his patients and he looks at you, he listens to you and better yet he understands. He does not rush through his visits and I've never met a more thorough doctor. The wait time IS frustrating but if you think about the fact that he just doesn't know what the patient needs are until he greets/meets... I would rather wait because I know he has time for me. Brilliant man!

Dr. Scola was very caring and found the water cysts in my knees - where 2 other Doctors could not. The other Doctors were treating me for something I did not have. Dr. Scola knew right away what my problem was, and he was also able to take care of it too. I would highly recommend this intelligent and caring Doctor. May God bless him in his new area of Glastonbury!

Dr. Scola is not only super smart :) but also extremely caring. I highly recommend seeing him.
