My whole family goes to him, since he also does pediatrics. Nothing but pleasant experiences with him and his nurse.

This office is terrible. On my initial appt as a new patient is was ok not stellar but ok. He made an appt for labs as I needed special blood work. He told me if I got a bill not to pay it. I knew that to be incorrect and went to speak to business office u make sure it was correct. Mary never smiled and was quit rude to me. When I called her on it (I was very nice) she said she had a aggressive patient prior to me and had taken it out on me. ( seriously that's what she said. She also added her entire life she has had an issue with face expressions and nit smiling at people and I should not take it personally! So I come in for lab results and its a few minutes after my appt and I go and inquire about it( you never know if there has been an emergency) the girl says and I quote" it's only a couple minutes". I sit down and wait 20 more minutes PAST my appt time. I go back up and state I have another appt that upu have referred me to and I can't can't much longer we can just reschedule this… one. I ask again what's the hold up any way. She states" we have an undisclosed amount of patients and sometime it's hard to get them all in.!!!!!!! Also on my initial appt I needed a referral which after 3 weeks never happened. I had to call . If you just need a RX or a quick check up this place is ok for a one time deal. If you have real health issue fine someone else to go this office does not care about your time. Dr Sepich nurse became angry with me because I stood up for myself. They kind of have the attitude "speak when spoken to!" The nicest person at this office was the person who made appt.
