Dr. Christopher D Sletten, MD

I am a patient of Dr. C Sletten, and I have to say that he’s informative and caring. He really wants to help his patients achieve a better life standard than what they came in with. Those that give him a poor review may just not like that he excepts us to work to change ourselves. After all if you do not strive to change yourself, then how do you expect your life to improve? And it’s not easy… trust me I sometimes make it look so but it’s not, not at all. You have to ignore the bad thoughts in your head. You have to push yourself out of bed. You have to get ready to face the bull of life head on daily despite what you are feeling whether it’s physical or emotional “pain”… because life is moving a minute to hours ago a time whether you are ready for it or not, and you can’t waste a moment if it. So do the program, listen to Dr Sletten, take notes and live a better life. Sometimes it’s tough love, but in the end it’s worth the effort to change and your life will improve if you listen… to him. So ignore the bad ratings here, those are probably people that just didn’t listen and didn’t want to do the work… and it’s not easy, but you can do it. We can all change ourselves for the improvement of our quality of life and mental/physical health if we try. The only failure in life is when we stop trying… So work the changes into your life and things will get better. Listen to Dr. Sletten, and do the PRC program and graduate, and keep the changes in your life. It’s a lifestyle change, and even if the improvements are small, it’s still an improvement… and you can build a another improvement on top of that one through time. His program works! And I actually physically felt worse after it, but mentally was better, because I listened and realized I now had tools to work with to improve even if it’s slow and gradual… progress no matter how small is still progress and I will never go back to the person I was. That alone was worth it all. So do the work, work the program… this doctor is excellent at what he does. What he does is give you the tools and knowledge to take charge of your own life despite what challenges you have, and he gives you new tools to help cope with whatever challenges come up in the future, because you learn to understand what’s going on with yourself, but only if you actually shut your trap enough to open your ears and listen, so that your eyes opens and sees. Only you can make the changes within yourself, but you have to come to know yourself and believe it, and especially let go of the past… your future awaits. Thank You to Dr. C.
