Dr. Christopher Smith, MD

I was impressed with my visit with Dr Smith today. His office was very nice and helpful. Dr Smith was very professional, and had a great bedside manner. He discussed my issues, discussed tests, and possible treatments. He even asked if I had questions. He was very patient.

My experience at this office was extremely unsettling. In addition to Dr Smith being unfamiliar with my medical history despite multiple visits and the provision of complete records, my dignity, time, and comfort were completely disregarded. Dr Smith’s lack of compassion and his unprofessionalism were staggering, and the level of care I received was substandard to say the least.

Did not review medical records, did not seem interested in trying to figure out what was causing patients problem.

This physician was honestly the worst I’ve ever encountered. I’ve been suffering with a UTI for over a year after a terrible surgery. He didn’t ask me anything relevant, didn’t look over my records or offer to work with my other specialist, and told me (I am going to quote) “Yeah. I can’t do anything for you.” No offer of bladder testing to check for abnormality like my other specialist requested, no attempt to help at all. He was lazy, complacent, and his bed side manner was horrific. Please save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for urology help!

I was impressed with Dr. Smith until I had my procedure and could not get a returned call from his office and I was vocal about it, including an email to Dr. Smith. He heard about it and called me on Saturday morning, thanked me for letting him know and immediately took care of things. I was very impressed and expect to continue seeing him.
