Dr. Christopher Jacob Smith, DO

I have being going to this doctors office for over seven years. I’m trying to schedule an appointment hopefully this would be my last. I have no idea what happen but things have changed. I wish they have a negative star.

Very rude doctor and the staff. Very nasty and no bed side manners. Doctor is not knowledgeable, not sure how he's even allowed to practice.

Do not advertise your office hours as Mon-Sat 9 am-6 pm, when the Dr does not show up until almost 11 am! I had a 10:15 appointment. I arrived (on time), 2 people were ahead of me. The lady at the front took my $30 co-pay and I went in to check my vitals around 10:35; at that time i was told that the doctor was not there yet and he would be in around 10:45, but there were 2 other in the rooms ahead of me so i was to go back outside to the general waiting room. They called me into a patient waiting room at about 11 am. I sat there and waited until about 11:40 and nobody came to say anything....no apology, nothing! I opened the door and peeked out to see if i had been forgotten. I saw the doctor going to another room. He came over and told me he had to do a biopsy and it would take a while and i can wait or come back. No apology for him being late, Nothing! I came on Fri....he doesn't come on Fridays and today (Monday) he's late and has a huge bottle neck. I am not coming back.

I've been to many doctors and Dr Smith is the one Dr I always found myself coming back to. I'm comfortable with him.

Very nice doctor. Dr Smith is very caring and knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and takes the time to listen to whatever you have to say.
