Patient care: 0/5 Post-operational care: 0/5 Pain management (post-surgery): 0/5 (told to, "you're just going to have to tough it out and suffer through the pain") Surgery effectiveness: 4/5 Dr. St Charles is receiving two stars because he successfully completed my surgery without any complications. Aside from this he would be receiving zero stars. He's a perfect example of the money-hungry doctor that has no true concern for his patients, but wants to operate on them and throw them to the curb. This was certainly my experience. After my (rather serious) operation, he was non-existent to my questions/concerns and post-operational patient needs. Do your research, get a second opinion AND DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR FOR SURGERY!

A real pro. Don't expect a ton of warmth as he is all business, but he's one of the best around. If results are what you're after, he's the man.

Both of my children and I have been treated and had surgery by Dr. St. Charles. His office staff is very organized and friendly. Would recommend them for sure.

Went to him because he was recommended to me but he was useless. I was having frequent swelling in the back of my throat and he barely even listened to my theories about what could be wrong, and did not bother to suggest other causes of the issue, but jumped right to "You need your tonsils out." Turns out the problem has been resolved and I did NOT need surgery. I'm glad I did not listen to him and I wish I could get back the money my insurance paid him. He did not take me seriously at all. It was just "Oh, you're having recurring tonsillitis? They need to come out." No tests or evaluation of why it was happening or other ways to fix the issue.

Dr st.Charles saved my daughter's life he did surgery 12 times on her vocal chords over 8 years he's the best !!!

Dr.St. Charles is great but his office is absolutly terrible! It's almost not worth using him because of how bad his office is, since going to them several people have expressed they have had the same problem.

Dr. St. Charles is great, the problem is his office! They are beyond Terrible, it's almost not worth going to him because of them. No one will call you back, no can ever help, they tell you just to go to the ER, I am in the health care field and I know this is not how you treat patients and their families. So didisappointed!
