I’ve waited 9 years to fill out a review Started at vcu in Richmond and was referred to seven hills urology where I met Dr Stands after meeting him I asked for an older Dr. that I thought would me more experienced. He informed me that Dr Stands was the best surgeon for my situation , so after rehiring him for surgery he was able to just remove the cancerous cyst and not the whole kidney. So I apologize to dr Stands for my lack of confidence in his ability. Not to be dramatic but he did save my life

Dr. Stands has been my husband's urologist for several years. He is kind and understanding. He truly listens to us about our concerns with the bladder cancer. My husband has Alzheimers and Dr. Stands takes the time to be sure that my husband understands what is going on. We highly recommend this doctor to anyone with urology concerns.
