Dr. Christopher Taylor, MD

I called to ask a question about my surgery and was hung up on. The next day also. I have doubts if my surgery was even performed.

I have suffered from neck/back pain for 17 years after being broadsided by an 18-wheeler and thrown halfway out of my car. I pretty much gave up hope of getting any relief. I chose to deal with the pain without taking pain medications, but its getting to where my quality of life progressively worsens, activity level decreases and days where I am down is more frequent. Additionally, causing depression. Dr. Taylor was concise and got to the point which I liked because I dont like admitting Im in pain or being fussed over. He answered all of my questions and scheduled my surgery within minutes. I am hopeful I will get relief, be pain free and have my active lifestyle back. I was impressed by his demeanor and bed side manner.

Dr. Taylor is an excellent Nerosurgeon. He save my life in 2006. He clipped one of my aneurysms and the other aneurysm was a giant aneurysm which couldn't be clipped and was bleeding. It took 49 coils to stop the bleeding. I was able to recover with minor problems. I will always be thankful for his steady hand.

Dr. Taylor is a wonderful surgeon. I woke up one morning and couldn't move very well and couldn't sit down. I went all over the city from doctor to specialist to pain clinic, and after two MRIs in the course of 5 months someone finally referred me to Dr. Taylor. I got an appointment with him that week and he walked me through my MRI for about an hour and diagnosed me with three herniated discs, spinal stenosis, and DDD when no other doctor could. He suggested surgery and I have never been so comfortable with a doctor or even the idea of surgery. He operated so well that not only can I sit down for the first time in months, but I could return to work after spine surgery three months later. Excellent doctor and surgeon!

Beware!! I you like being made a fool of, this is the guy for you! He needs to stick to writing paper because patient care is NOT something he can do. He only wants the easy operations & high success rates. Do not bring lots of documentation with you - he'll see you as being a hypochondriac. SOOOO glad he's not going to work on MY back! The place is dirty & discusting. Back patients ~ stay away!
