I had a wonderful experience. In and out in about 2 hours, billing was very transparent. Dr. Thompson answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. Would recommend him to anyone

Dr. Thompson is a wonderful doctor. He is excellent with my young son who had tubes put into his ears. He is a very caring doctor and I am glad that our pediatrician recommended Dr. Thompson.

He is extremely knowledgeable. Gives you options. Is an excellent surgeon. Had a tumor and gland removed. No scar. The girls are amiable.

I was doing a treatment with him and it was difficult for me to trust him. I think the overall problem with the doctor, they are not opened with you. The last visit I went there to check my MRI results and go to the "next step", my insurance wasnt covering me in his clinic anymore. I decide to go out of network, just to talk to him. So in the visit all he did was put a Light in my nose and talk to me about my MRI results. He charged me 60 dollars for the visit ( fine for me) and 160 dollars for the "procedure" to put a light in my nose (knowing my insurance wasnt covering his clinic anymore). That day was the end of my relationship with his clinic. Never more!
