Christopher Todd, MD, was drawn to caring for children for their resilience and ability to recover.As a child, Dr. Todd experienced a significant health event—this significantly shaped the type of doctor he is today. He knows how difficult it is for kids and their families in the hospital. It can be scary and hard to understand what’s happening and what the plan is. When Dr. Todd talks to patients and families, he’s honest and upfront about what’s going on and what to expect during treatment. This helps everyone feel more comfortable while they’re here.Dr. Todd has special interests in infectious diseases, pediatric trauma and pediatric sedation. In his free time, Dr. Todd enjoys hiking, fitness, reading and traveling.“Critical care in kids is very much a team endeavor.
