I went to him as a patient with a chronic complex condition. He took his time to understand my condition and familiarize himself with my chart - something few doctors do in this day of medicine-as-a-business.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Vialpando. I have had trouble getting prescriptions faxed to Express Scripts. Until recently, i had to pick up prescriptions at his office and mail them to Express Scripts because the fax was not working properly. Express Scripts claimed that they did not receive a prescription after 3 requests and the office claimed it was sent 3 times. I hope this has been corrected.

Dr Chris is a very personable doctor. We have had several accidents with my 17 yr old son and my husband and from the beginning Dr Chris befriended our family and treats us like we are his family. He has called and checked up on my family when they have had accidents. He has referred us to another Dr if he feels it is necessary. We have complete confidence in him and recommend him highly.

The staff has treated me very professionally and couteously. I have been seen on time. Dr. Vialpando called me on his day off and arranged for a visit that day with a specialist as a result of x-rays taken the previous day. I was also impressed by this doctor's care. As a result, I feel in good hands with Dr Vialpando and would recommend him to anyone looking for a new doctor. For the record, I am old enouigh to be on medicare.
