I started as a new patient with Dr Wallyn last year after my previous Ophthalmologist relocated. During my first visit Dr Wallyn commented, why are you taking eye drops for Glaucoma? Adding your eyes look so healthy that I don’t think they are necessary and even if your pressure does increase he could do a procedure that would manage the pressure. Long story short, I had used eye drops for 30 years. Now I no longer use eye drops and the pressure of my eyes is remaining normal. Thx, Dr Wallyn

It was a very positive experience. Dr. Wallyn is professional, and his staff is very courteous. I'm a repeat customer—first, the Right and then the Left Eye required cataract surgery (2 1/2 years apart). Now, just a day after surgery, I'm seeing better than I have in a long time. It was a quick and painless process that was over very quickly. Highly recommend.

The wait time was really a plus for me. Maybe 10 minutes or less. Everyone very friendly and helpful.

I was very nervous about having cataract surgery once it was obvious this needs to happen. Very relieved no other eye issues and know this is what most of us need to have done as we age. I have appreciated everyone I have needed to get this set up from the friendly person who set me up and referred me to another very kind and patient person who explained everything and answered questions. I have had my initial appointment and very impressed with such a thorough examination, more explanation with very kind and friendly people. Dr Wallyn went over everything and reassured me that everything would be very routine, explained all options and felt we had the best solution for my situation. I did not feel rushed even though I know for all the times he has explained to so many I had his full attention. I am so thankful I made the call to this clinic!

Minimal wait time. Tech and Dr. Wallyn were rhorough and patient, listened to my concerns, answered my questions and gave me advice and future expectations.

Dr Wallyn was very friendly and explained things very good about the eye surgery.

He fit our 7 month old in very last minute, which was so great. However, he rushed through the entire appointment, didn't bother explaining what he was doing until he was directly asked, and had a brisk, dismissive, and callous attitude throughout our short appointment. He seemed truly annoyed to be doing his job. His bedside manner is nearly non-existent. I have worked in healthcare for many years, and there is no good reason to behave that way. We didn't ask excessive questions or argue at all, but he quickly shut down the few questions we did have. It really didn't matter to him if we understood anything or not. Seemed like he just wanted us there to make some money, not because he cared about our daughter's eye. If he's so rushed that he can't do a good job, then he should not attempt to fit people in. I would have rather waited a few days and had proper care than be seen right away and treated like a nuisance. The front desk lady was also very rude right off the bat. Our… technician was wonderful, though. Odd place.
