Dr Webb cannot remember what is going on to keep up with your medical issues and use his computer. He can been very arrogant and unfriendly. I think this is very important when you pick your doctor.

I went to this place hoping someone would finally help me as my PcP thinks I need stronger meds but they don't give them with the new laws. Here is my story, pure horror, 100% TRUTH! Don't believe everything the "Pain Centers Of The Blue Ridge" website tells you! I went from Greensboro, NC as I am a Virginia Patient. I filled out more forms than ever before but I figured with all the new laws, that this would be common. Well, they ran a background check on me without my consent, although it's probably in the fine print somewhere, and when the 'so called Doctor' that the website promised walked in, I had already been judged! Way before he seen that I have tattoos, this so called person that took an oath to help people, walked in and said "we ran a background check on you" I was like okay, what's that have to do with my problems? He brought up a charge from 19 years ago! I was a teenager then and it even states "special circumstances - his wife & child passed away in an automobile… accident less than 2 months before this happened." I had even put it on the paper where it ask, "do you have a criminal background record", all I done was put my pistol on the dash of my car with the clip out and the chamber pulled back empty, which is THE LAW in most states! I was taking a friend to college at the University of Connecuit, got pulled over & done what's legal in 43 states! He goes on to say "All you have is a bulged disc, Your PcP must be a script mill because you don't deserve the Percocet 10/325s you're on! If you were my patient, you'd be on Naproxen." Now, people reading this might be on the "he's using the 'woah is me' out" BUT I have a Schmols node at T9 - EVERY Disc in my thoracic spine is bulged or herniated, my lower lumbar has facet disease and is herniated with disc space narrowing and desiccation resulting in neuroforaminal stenosis on the right. Also, not to mention posterior disc bulges with scattered degenerative changes w/ disc height loss. All straight from my MRI! He didn't even read it nor did the clinic want the disc they ask you to bring! They took my $150 just to call me a criminal? What does something I did, which is legal in OUR state & surrounding states, 19, YES, Nineteen YEARS ago!?!? I've been places that treat you as an addict but this deserves the ACLU, NAACP, & anyone else that will help!! Also, NO Injections! He said they don't even do them at the Roanoke facility. It's a scam! I've looked up EVERY Doctor & "fake doctors" like this Mr Webb from every center for the blue ridge & ALL Have been sued for medical malpractice, paralizing a person and made others with no feeling in their back left because of their very bad spinal injections! All I wanted was help and was looking forward to an injection so that I may have a very Merry Christmas but this Grinch ruined it because I can't get an Appt anywhere else until after Christmas! Also threatened that if I didn't come back and pay $75 more, all my doctors would be notified that a "real pain clinic thinks I deserves nothing!"!!! Avoid at all cost!

I have only had the pleasure of seeing Christopher Webb once @ my 1st appnt but I am very pleased to have him take over my care. He is caring, intelligent, thorough & seems truly genuine. I don't do alot of reviews but I have seen enough docs/PA's/NP's that don't listen or even seem to care that much about the patient, that when I see a good one, I feel I should say something. I would probably give 1 less star for the extremely long wait time but the lady that runs the office (I feel bad I don't know her name) apologized to me for it, & even though I've seen other reviews talking about nobody else being allowed in the waiting rm or exam rm w/the patient, when I asked her where my 2 1/2 yr old could use a bathrm, or be changed, she was more than happy to tell me that her & my fiance could use their bathrm, twice. I will keep it @ 5 stars because the doc was excellent & she was very helpful, as well. And I will add that even though I had to wait 4ever to be seen, once I was in… w/Dr./Mr./NP (?) Webb, he didn't rush me, he listened to everything I said & took it seriously, asked & answered my questions, did an exam & didn't make me feel like I had wasted my time or that I was taking up his..
