Dr. Chris Wilson is the best physician I have been cared by. He was so kind and patient. I wish he could be my PCP.

Calm and listened to my brother’s many health issues. Explained things well even tho the ER was super busy.

Dr. Chris Wilson treated me during my unfortunate visit to the ER. I am blessed to have been cared for by him. What a great doc!

Dr. Wilson spent a great deal of time in my room to answer my questions and explain our next steps. He was kind and thorough.

He took really good care of my parents who had been in a car accident. I am glad he was working that night.

Dr. Wilson was really good to my dad in the senior ED. He took great care of him and even made my dad laugh a bit too.

Dr. Wilson was outstanding with my mother and family. He clearly explained what was going on, what labs and tests would be ordered, and took his time with us. I am grateful for his calming presence during a really difficult and stressful time. Kudos to Dr. Wilson and the entire staff at St. Joe’s Emergency Room.

Dr. Wilson "felt that the care your son received did meet the standard for appropriate medical care". If this is the case then the "appropriate" standard of care is pretty low. My 17 yr old dislocated his finger, was sent from urgent care to St. Joseph Mercy in Ypsilanti. His x-rays were sent ahead. My kiddo was given a digital block by a physician's assistant before she had the opportunity to review the x-ray. Because of this my son was put in excruciating pain (for nothing) and before his finger could be set the block wore off. He was offered a second block which he refused because he couldn't take the pain a second time. After reviewing my complaint Dr. Wilson felt his staff did the right thing. The right thing would have been to REVIEW THE X-RAY FIRST!!!!! Contrary to the stereotype Black people do experience pain like anyone else. My son was traumatized because of the flippant disregard displayed by Dr. Wilson's staff.
