I am so thankful for Dr. Woodson. I was run over by a car and had extensive injuries. I worked with many doctors and found my way to Dr. Woodson. He never gave up on me, even when others had. I have nothing but positive things to say about this great surgeon.

Dr. Woodson is one of the top surgeons in the state. But what makes him distinguished from any other doctor is his attention to his patients. He never leaves his patients alone with their, often big, frightening problem. Dr. Woodson takes active part in their recovery, helping them in any way possible. In my case Dr Woodson thought out-of-the-box to use surgical ideas in order to save my knee and allow me to lead active lifestyle. Any of my concerns have always been addressed with great attention. Additional x rays, ct scans were available any time he thought they might help make right decisions for rehabilitation. I had back problem causing me a lot of pain and, although it was not his specialty, Dr Woodson provided a referral for a back mri, discussed it with me afterwards when I came to check the knee progress. Dr. Woodson’s area of expertise is extensive and he has empathy and desire to help his patients. He advised me to attend sessions at a very advanced rehab clinic,… monitoring my pt treatment plans. His PRP injections helped to speed up my after surgery recovery tremendously. Dr. Woodson has amazing skills, inquisitive mind, and a kind heart and this combination makes him absolutely distinguished.

I recently requested a second opinion from Dr Woodson. Being that I had a surgery on my shoulder with another Dr who had released me to work too early. I had a previous shoulder surgery 7 years ago and Dr Woodson what did the surgery and I healed well. I was released for work and my Physical therapist was great. I just feel very thankful that hat there are still Doctors like him that genuinely care about you!

Dr. Woodson and his staff were top notch and I would highly recommend them for anyone in need of orthopedic surgery. Dr. Woodson took the time to answer all of my questions and explained my injury and his approach very clearly which made me feel comfortable choosing him for my surgery. The surgery coordinator Estela whom I worked with was very helpful in getting everything I needed situated in a timely fashion and the rest of the staff that I interacted with were very professional. All my appointments ran on time and I was very lucky to have Dr. Woodson in my network.

Dr Woodson repaired rotator cuffs on both shoulders after a very serious bicycle accident in 2011. My recovery was totally sucessful and I experienced NO PAIN whatsoever. Within three weeks I felt like I really could chop down a good sized backyard tree,however, I waited to do so about two months later. Both shoulders still like new. Bless ya, Doctor.

Dr Woodson was amazing at diagnosing and treating my frozen shoulder. I left feeling like a new man! Dr Woodson is an expert at what he does and makes you feel very comfortable.

Had a total knee replacement and I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon. After 3 month scar is barely visible. I was extremely nervous as I have an underlying problem walking and he was very reassuring. He also treated my grandson Jake Daniels with a total knee reconstruction and results were also extremely well done. Thank you Dr Woodson.

After having a shattered talus bone, Dr.Woodson was prompt and to the point of what needed to be done in order to save my foot from amputation. No question about his diagnosis. Fixed me up, hardware and all. We even had some good laughs in the minutes before emergency surgery to lighten the situation. Absolutely outstanding man.
