Terrible! The receptionist today was so unprofessional. She was talking in Spanish not thinking that the patients know what she was saying. She was complaining the whole time. Also, before we made an appointment I asked the previous receptionist if we needed anything else and she said we were fine. When we get there the receptionist who was speaking in Spanish said we couldn’t see the doctor because there was no referral. On top of that the receptionist said that Christopher Wright does not specialize on the issue we were looking for. Do not come here!

My experience with the overall patient care with this office was horrible. The primary concern appears to be with providing billable services and not providing quality patient care. The office staff appeared to function as gate keepers and barriers to the doctors rather than concern about transmitting relevant patient information. My situation was challenging as I was taking my very frail elderly father and nobody in the office gave this situation any consideration. Getting my dad to the office was quite an ordeal and no consideration was given. In fact things were made more difficult. It was really questionable if my dad could even tolerate an office visit. Despite making this concern known nobody addressed this. My dad passed away and I needed to cancel his upcoming 3rd office visit. While it is unlikely that my dad's passing was related to this particular medical condition, there is no reason why he had to endure such poor treatment and care.

Dr. Wright treated my mother while she was in the hospital and his care was nothing short of outstanding. I would trust him with treating myself or any of my loved ones. Overall a great guy and a great doctor
