She cancels on our appointment the Saturday before our 8am appointment. Office was not apologetic or helpful. Just tried to make it out problem we were going to have to take off more work to get in another appointment. Do not book with this lady.

DO NOT SEE CHRISTY JORGENSEN. She is unprofessional and doesn't even dress in typical nurse attire, just her casual clothes. Once she's out the door she forgets about you. She told us that after our lab work was done she would contact us and schedule a follow up appointment to go over the results. But instead after each result came in, some other nurse or assistant called us and just gave a quick result with nothing else. We had to call to schedule an appointment, which was a month out. When we finally got to our appointment their system was down so they rescheduled us for a week out, but failed to inform us that it would be at their Provo location. So when we arrived at timpanogos we found out it was at Provo and had 15 minutes before the 15 minute late policy was up. Our appointment was at 3:15 we got to Provo at 3:30 and she refused to see us. Wish I could put better in words the frustration we've had with this place.

If I could give zero stars I would. I am desperate for help having no periods for 3 years now and having genital atrophy. I have seen Christy twice and she ONLY wants to prescribe birth control as a “fix all.” I try to tell her my feelings and my pain that I’ve been experiencing only to seem to frustrate her. I’m living in Hell with these debilitating symptoms and she spent all of 10 minutes with me to continuously push birth control to fix the atrophy I have, the pelvic pain, the extreme fatigue. She made me feel like a complete inconvenience and annoyance. If you want someone who will listen to your medical issue and actually want to HELP, go elsewhere. Don’t go to Christy. She seems nice if you don’t have any medical issues, if you’re just coming in for your run of the mill appointment, she’s a fine practitioner. If you need actual help, if you have anything slightly out of the ordinary, you won’t find any care, concern or empathy with her.

She has done both IUD’s I have had and both have been fast fairly painless and kind and friendly appointments and not rushed feeling
