One star review is invalid. Parent blaming me ( this is Dr szafranski) for an application problem with our video platform that I cannot control. It has been 6 or more weeks with issues. Patient never even had a visit with me and is saying my bedside manner is 1.

over 2 hours on kiddoc hold with her today appt set for 6:10 and she purposely disconnected call at 8:10 pm i literally sat for my appt and was put on hold. blatant disregard for patient clearly unprofessional

My 10 year kids kid daughter absolutely loved this doctor. She is funny and knows her medicine. It really helped that she knew exactly what my daughter likes because her daughter is the same age. My daughter looks forward to coming in to see her favorite doctor.

Dr. Szafranski always take time to explain diagnosis and is caring and compassionate to all six of my children. I highly recommend her to any parent who would like to step away from paternalistic medicine and is actively involved with the care of their children.
