Dr. Christy Roberts, MD

Christy Roberts, MD, is a board-certified physician who specializes in pediatrics. She graduated from the University of London at St. George's Hospital in 2019 and completed her residency training at Hurley Children's Hospital/Michigan State University in 2022. She is a native Chicagoan who, throughout her life, has had robust training in a variety of cultures, from London, England, to Southern California. In her free time, Dr. Roberts, her husband and her baby love to hike and travel. While Dr. Roberts is from Chicago, her husband is from England, so their marriage is always full of adventure, travel and several cups of tea. Parenthood has been a beautiful way to connect with families on a deeper level, and she believes her son has made her into a better pediatrician!

Dr. Roberts prides herself on her attention to detail and her unique ability to effortlessly create a jovial atmosphere for her patients and reassurance for their families. She enjoys working alongside families and …building relationships through continuity of care. She believes that medicine is both an art and a science that requires an understanding of medical needs and treatment plans, as this is bespoke to individual family needs. “I love that pediatrics gives me the flexibility to discuss medicine as well as Harry Potter or Disney, all in one patient interaction!" she says.
