Dr. Chundar Tsai, MD

It was a really pleasant experience having him deliver my 2nd baby, he has good personality outgoing and he was really funny too.. He took his time with his patients and answered all question also giving all necessary information, he also shared a lot of his previous experiences with other moms whether it was good or bad, and told us the reason behind all his suggestions and decisions. I'd give him and his team 10 stars if possible, he asked us to page him when I feel the baby's coming, so that's what my husband did.. I arrived early morning with a lot of pain not knowing I had fully dilated, he was rushing from home. I was begging for epidural but obviously there was no time for it, when he said, next contraction, let's do it, and the team got everything setup in seconds, so professional, one push and baby was out. I had episiotomy with my first baby (not by Dr Tsai) and that caused me to have UI. With my 2nd I tore a bit but he stitched it well and I feel like my UI got better. Had I… not moved out of state I'd definitely contact him for my 3rd but too bad I moved across the country.

We are very happy with Dr. Tsai. We are glad that our co-worker referred us to him. My wife have a difficult pregnancy and Dr. Tsai took his time in explaining the symptoms, treatment, and treatment options. We really appreciate that he took his time to call us back with our lab results. He is very understanding. His two nurses are awesome too. Their new office is awesome.

Dr Tsai is very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He is the best, and worth the wait. I , and my daughter have been patients at this office for over 17 years. My grandchild is about to be delivered by him also.

I saw Dr. Tsai in 2007. This was my first pregnancy. I wasn't impressed. The appointments were short. In delivery (C-section) all of a sudden he said "we are going to tie your tubes right" ummm....no. I can't believe he wouldn't discuss something like this before hand. He was also supposed to do a biopsy and he forgot to. My son weighed 8lbs 13 oz and all I heard while laying on the table for the c-section was how big my son was and he was going to be a line backer. Him and the other doctor just kept going on and on.

Dr. Tsai performed my laparoscopy for both diagnosis and treatment, as well as a D&C for fibroid treatment/biopsy this year (2010). During the recovery, I developed severe pain that was likely due to an adhesion between my bowel and peritoneum. Dr. Tsai took my concerns very seriously and kept me abreast of expected developments and treatment options. The problem resolved itself, fortunately, but Dr. Tsai continued to check up on me and has displayed more caring than any other surgeon with whom I've interacted. I cannot emphasize enough how much I appreciated Dr. Tsai's bedside manner, his patience in explaining the surgical results and recovery to both myself and my husband, and his frankness in addressing potential fertility concerns.
