Cindi Condos, FNP

Cindi Condos, FNP, is an experienced nurse practitioner in Pediatrics dedicated to caring for children and supporting families from the newborn stage through young adulthood. She brings over 30 years of pediatric experience, including more than 16 years as a nurse practitioner, and is committed to delivering evidence-based, individualized care that families can trust.

Cindi provides comprehensive pediatric services, including well-child visits, sick care, sports physicals, and the management of chronic and complex medical conditions. She has a special interest in pediatric obesity and metabolic health, with advanced training in obesity medicine and leadership experience serving on the Pediatric Committee of the Obesity Medicine Association.

Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Cindi worked at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) in the Pediatric Cardiac Transitional Care Unit, where she developed extensive experience caring for medically complex children. …She has continued to care for this population throughout her career, building strong collaborative relationships with specialists at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital and Stanford Children’s Health. This background continues to inform her thoughtful, thorough, and compassionate approach to care.

Cindi is dedicated to building strong partnerships with families. She takes the time to listen carefully to parents’ concerns and works collaboratively to develop personalized care plans that meet each child’s unique needs while fitting into the realities of family life. She provides ongoing guidance, education, and support to help parents feel confident and informed at every stage of their child’s development.

Her goal is to create a welcoming, supportive environment where children feel safe and parents feel respected, heard, and empowered.
