Dr. Cindi Louise Hartz, MD

Such an awful experience with this doctor. She was rude and patronising, not sure why considering she was being paid for her services. I would never bring my child back to a woman who only has rude comments to make instead of just doing her job, and no bedside manner with kids whatsoever. Just a total joke.

This doctor is very rude and aggressive. She is condescending to parents. When you go to her office for a visit, you always hope she is having a good day so that she isn't rude or slams the door when she appears. Completely unapproachable and does not make you feel comfortable asking about anything because she always has some snarky comment back to make you feel like an incompetent parent. Stay away. I was there too long and finally took the step to leave her practice. Best decision ever.

Dr Hartz is caring and responsive. My teenage boys have been seeing her for years and they like her very much. She's no-nonsense and doesn't waste your time - maybe that is why some reviews are negative. I would recommend her and am happy we went to her in the first place

Hands on the best and most responsive Pediatrician in the area! Dr. Hartz has been our pediatrician since the birth of our first daughter. She is dedicated to all her patients; answering calls off hours/over holidays and even a long distance. We've always been able to get in same day and have our kids treated or have scripts called in off hours. We had an unfortunate scare where our then 18mo old wound up in the hospital while we were out of town visiting family over thanksgiving. Dr. Hartz answered the call at 4am and worked closely with the Drs in Cincinnati and advising them on tests she wanted. Those tests ultimately resulted in discovering what was wrong which lead to further treatment. After 4 days in the hospital she called daily not only to us but with the drs at the hospital. Clearly went above and beyond her call of duty. I cannot thank her enough for all that she has done and the compassion her and her staff have shown our family.

We are so grateful for Dr. Hartz and the team at Larchmont Pediatrics. My Daughter is 4mo old and we have had nothing but professional and loving care from the whole staff. If you are looking for someone who is working in your child’s best interest at all times and is extremely competent in pediatric care, I suggest Dr. Hartz 100 percent!!

Dr. Hartz has experience, and my children trust her. Our visits are efficient with little time spent waiting, and I know that she is taking good care of our family.

I just met her and will be looking for another dr. asap. I had heard she was a challenging personality, but I am used to dealing with difficult people in my job, so I was not that worried. She treated me like a bothersome idiot. She did give my daughter a faint smile, so it wasn't all bad. But I didn't appreciate how condescending she was about how I had treated my daughter's stomachache and how abrupt and dismissive she was to both of us. I'm asking around for a new one. I read some positive reviews on here - I'd like to know how she chooses what patients and parents to be nice to. I was more than pleasant, happy to meet her, and my daughter was very compliant. But she was still so rude. Oh well.
