Dr. Cindy Laura Jadoo, MD

As I checked in 30 min early I was told to wait my appointment was 4:00. Not a problem Im always early. At 4:15 I asked the same girl I wont mention names told me jadoo left for the day. There was no emergency or pressing matters she needed to attend she JUST LEFT ME! The poorly trained and sloppy dressed receptionists for a Dr's office told me just reschedule. I was mortified with the dr leaving me and the reply from both poorly dressed girls. They insisted on escalating the situation showing no compassion or professionalism. Do not go to dr jadoo. The staff is horrible in multiple ways and dr jadoo to this day has not apologized for the huge inconvenience. I give them the lowest recommendation of any Dr. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I had a very bad experience on the upper east location. Dr. Jardoo ordered me a bunch of tests that were totally unrelated to my symptoms. She just wants to bill my insurance company to make money. I was stupid enough to take them all. One is the test is for dizziness which I barely have any. It is called VNG test. I did a research after the test. It requires lots of preparation for 2 days but I had none. They were so unprofessional. They just did it on me right away. The standard test takes 60-90 minutes. They finished on me in 15 minutes. The worst part is the test requires blowing air into my ears. Now my right ear hurts. It is absolutely awful! Please avoid this place. The doctors in that office are scam artists.

I just wish that she wouldn't have cut the meeting short. I was still in the most of speaking, and she decided to cut me off. Also she was pretty abrupt. If I didn't continue to ask her questions, I wouldn't have received the answers I needed. All she initially told me was to check the report from the mri which I would receive from the front desk rep. There were no significant finances and I would've appreciated a simple phone call or a way to check my records online instead of coming out of my pocket for an additional copay for inadequate service

I have a herniated disk in my neck. I have been suffering for more than a year. I saw multiple doctors but nothing was working. I thought my career was over because the pain was affecting my performance at work. Finally I saw Dr Cindy, and after my first visit the pain was gone. Right now I’m very happy and can work. Thank You Dr. Jadoo !

It's hard to find a medical provider, who actually listens to what you have you to say, Dr. Jadoo is kind and a good listener, making her a great provider.

So accomodating , on time , no wait Doctor was patient and thorough and genuinely interested in finding answers to help me. I felt at ease

i have nothing but good words for this doctor. waiting room time is quick / i had testing done for my first visit and very quick time / when i am in the office with her she does not rush you and i feel really listens to you and your ailments. I am very pleased with Dr. Cindy Jadoo.
